Selecting your thesis advisor:

Submit the Advisor Agreement to mneed@mail.cgu.edu.tw before the end of Sep.
Fill in the Advisor application online. (Student Personal Information Management System-> Electronic Approval System-> 0600 Academic affairs-> 038A Form).

Jun, 2nd year

Please submit following documents before leave CGU:

Please complete the application before leave CGU:

Verification of graduation credits.
Step - Student Personal Information Management System -> Electronic Approval System -> 0600 Office of Academic Affairs -> Form 011A with attached
A.Transcript(File Name:Transcript_student ID.pdf)
B.complete and pass the course via Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education (File Name: Certificate_student ID.pdf)

Feb/Mar, 3rd year

Apply for degree examination:

Student Personal Information Management System -> Electronic Approval System -> 0600 Office of Academic Affairs -> Form 035A
A.Fill in student's Chinese and English Thesis title.
B.Fill in the information of student's committee members(at least 3 members)
C.After approval by your committee members, please fill in the oral defense date, time and location, and notify the assistant of NEED , CGU before 14 days). Then, print out score sheet and Email to mneed@mail.cgu.edu.tw

Mar/April, 3rd year

Apply for graduation:

Please submit following documents:

Thesis (Two copies)
Student ID card
Departure procedure form (which can print after Application for (Mid-Term) Graduation finished.)
Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation
Chang Gung University Thesis/Dissertation Information and Approval Notification of Electronic Thesis/Dissertation Files
Letter of Authorization for the Electronic Full Text of Master's Thesis and Doctoral Dissertation (optional)
Power of attorney (optional)
Dual-Degree Completed Confirmation form by CGU and Overseas Universities
